These communities partner with Resource Central's Lawn Replacement Program, which has offered a discount on professional lawn removal plus a reduced per-square-foot rate for qualifying conversions. Erie has also offered its own additional rebate for lawn conversions through a state grant.Fort Collins:
Fort Collins Utilities' Xeriscape Incentive Program (XIP) has offered a per-square-foot rebate for residential customers converting high-water landscape to an approved xeriscape design, with an additional bonus rate for projects using a high percentage of Colorado-native plants.
